What Jill Dentith Consulting can bring
Jill has experience of working in, and with, public health, social care and the third sector. She has participated in the development of Joint Health and Wellbeing Boards, Joint Strategic Needs Assessments and a number of partnerships and joint ventures.
In terms of the Overview and Scrutiny functions Jill has experience of successfully developing and presenting business cases to Overview and Scrutiny Committees. She has also worked on a project to understand the relationships between the Local Authority and the NHS and the roles for the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
Jill has participated in the review of terms of reference for Health and Wellbeing Boards from a governance perspective to ensure that they were fit for purpose. She also has experience of planning and leading the NHS emergency planning response in conjunction with city and region wide partners. Finally, Jill has experience of being a member of high profile executive groups bringing together key partners from health, local authority, academics and the third sector. She understands the dynamics of such arrangements and the importance of clear governance arrangements to underpin the partnership structures.
